Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is building a software platform that combines POS, payments, back-office operations, inventory management, reporting, and e-commerce for beverage alcohol retailers.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for data onboarding, from legacy POS data extraction through conversion, validation, and go-live.
• Automate data cleaning and transformation to reduce time-to-live and installation costs.
• Improve internal tools and workflows used by onboarding specialists.
• Ship customer-facing onboarding features that provide retailers with visibility, confidence, and control.
• Coordinate communications and cross-functional readiness for successful installations.
• Define requirements and success metrics while planning the transition toward scalable, self-serve onboarding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience in software or SaaS.
• Experience with customer onboarding or implementation products.
• Experience with data migration, conversion, ETL, data quality, or similar data problems.
• Ability to align stakeholders with different incentives and constraints while supporting engineering, onboarding specialists, and customers.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment.
• Experience using AI tooling for discovery, design, and process automation, including developing Claude skills for personal workflows.
