Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer (Cloud & Networking)

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding, discovery, and environment assessments for new clients.
• Design and implement network, server, cloud, and migration projects.
• Create scopes of work, estimates, project plans, phases, dependencies, resource plans, and checklists.
• Execute projects while tracking progress, hours, scope alignment, risks, and change-order needs.
• Standardize client environments across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, security, backups, and monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate the transition of completed environments to service and support teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level infrastructure engineering experience with complex IT project delivery.
• Experience designing and implementing routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and hybrid environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, security, backups, and monitoring.
• Ability to assess existing environments and recommend secure, scalable, and supportable improvements.
• Strong project documentation, planning, risk identification, and scope management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project, account, and client success teams.
