Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)

Location: Onsite at 2785 Commerce Center Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and potential regional pay zone or stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement business plans for the assigned fulfillment area by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and analysis while supporting facility production goals.
• Maintain logistics, quality, and safety standards by ensuring training, policy compliance, and accurate procedures.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by identifying corrective actions and making recommendations.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders, including supporting hiring, promotion, and training activities.
• Drive collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies and skills.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus 1 year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.
• Ability to supervise associates, coordinate workloads, analyze operational reports, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience supervising associates or working as a Walmart Logistics Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
