Location: Onsite at 15101 N Beach St, Fort Worth, Texas, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for assigned fulfillment areas to achieve production, quality, safety, and facility goals.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance requirements to meet operational demand.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment and appropriate consultation.
• Supervise and develop associates, leaders, and managers through direction, feedback, coaching, training, hiring, promotion, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; or three years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Experience managing workload and participating in hiring and promotion processes across multiple departments or areas.
• Alternatively, one year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager with comparable supervision and workforce-management responsibilities.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.
