Location: Onsite at 14863 Farm to Market Rd 645, Palestine, Texas, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement area business plans by communicating goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and analysis.
• Maintain logistics quality and safety standards, training associates on company policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders, including participation in hiring and promotion decisions.
• Build collaborative, inclusive, high-performing teams while supporting Walmart's values and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, one year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, two years of Walmart Logistics experience, or two years of supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments.
• Experience with supervising associates and logistics operations.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
