What you will do
- Design and execute fan feedback programs, fan clubs, challenges, Q&As, contests, and ambassador initiatives.
- Identify and showcase inspiring fan stories, user-generated content, and testimonials.
- Support live chats, virtual events, and occasional in-person fan activations.
- Track engagement metrics, audience sentiment, and feedback to improve community programs.
- Monitor online community trends and apply effective engagement practices.
- Build relationships with top fans and moderators while collaborating with Social Media, Creative, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in community management, social engagement, or a similar role in entertainment, the creator economy, or digital brands.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate in a warm, engaging, mission-driven voice.
- Experience balancing strategic program development with hands-on daily audience interaction.
- Experience launching initiatives that produced measurable growth in engagement and audience loyalty.
- Knowledge of community management tools, social platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and passionate about uplifting storytelling.
