About the Role

You will manage daily engagement across social platforms, build community advocacy, define an on-brand social voice, monitor sentiment, support campaigns, measure engagement, and escalate sensitive issues appropriately.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing in-house B2B social channels
• Community-building and customer-advocacy experience
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
• Knowledge of internet and meme culture
• Adaptable writing skills
• Judgment for responding directly or escalating
• Interest in fintech or technology
• Organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
• Build community, customer advocacy, and repeat advocates
• Define the social-media voice with the Social Lead and Brand team
• Monitor conversations and sentiment and flag trends, questions, and risks
• Support community-facing content and campaigns
• Adapt tone and approach to each platform
• Track engagement metrics and contribute to reporting
• Escalate sensitive PR risks or customer issues
