Community Manager (Gaming)

Location: Full remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $36–$48 USD per hour.

Develops PlayStation hardware, network services, and entertainment experiences, including AAA games through Bend Studio.

What you will do

• Engage with players daily across official social media channels.
• Create original content based on current trends, the brand, and upcoming games.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Product on social strategies and community initiatives.
• Partner with prominent community members and develop strategies to grow social channels.
• Moderate online discussions and escalate issues internally when appropriate.
• Foster positive and inclusive player communities across all channels.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of community and social media engagement in the video game industry.
• Knowledge of Discord, TikTok, X, Instagram, and Twitch.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Passion for games and game development.
