Community Manager (AI)

Location: Remote for full-time salaried employees currently residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.

Base pay: $75,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered advisor that simplifies car, home, motorcycle, RV, and related asset ownership, with products spanning insurance, diagnostics, repairs, and marketplaces.

What you will do

• Build and grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop channel-specific playbooks covering when to post, respond, or remain silent.
• Grow active and trusted subreddit communities.
• Create scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and using AI where helpful.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Native understanding of Reddit, TikTok, and Quora communication styles.
• Ability to write authentically without corporate language and build user trust.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Experience making complex, boring, or stressful categories feel human and engaging.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing regulated category.
• Experience building systems and long-term organic growth programs.
