What you will do

• Become an hirify.global expert and understand the competitor landscape.
• Drive top-of-funnel activity with account executives through email, LinkedIn, and other campaigns.
• Prospect for and qualify new customers and partners while creating and managing early-funnel opportunities.
• Accelerate conversion of warm and inactive prospects.
• Craft thoughtful copy that communicates hirify.global’s unique value.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to test innovative go-to-market campaigns and improve scale and ROI.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of business development experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and pursue goals when the path is not straightforward.
• Willingness to propose, test, iterate, and improve ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work through important small details.
• AI literacy.
