Merchant Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify and target prospective merchants aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Acquire and onboard SMEs while developing and maintaining merchant partnerships.
• Present hirify.global’s payment and financing solutions to merchant decision-makers.
• Manage lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and strategic marketing program implementation.
• Negotiate partnership terms, close merchant acquisition deals, and support new merchant integration.
• Track acquisition activity, pipeline progress, and market insights while collaborating with marketing, operations, and risk teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant partnerships.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or payments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, customer-centric, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
