What you will do
- Identify and target potential SME partners aligned with company business goals.
- Lead end-to-end acquisition processes including prospecting, presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Manage merchant onboarding to ensure seamless platform integration.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive ongoing partner engagement.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and risk teams to optimize merchant value.
- Track acquisition metrics, pipeline progression, and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or merchant partnerships.
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or payments is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and office productivity software such as Google Workspace.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting growth targets.
