What you will do

• Increase productivity and performance across Alternative Distribution (ALDI) points of sale.
• Provide training and mentorship to POS personnel on best practices for selling hirify.global financing.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term growth strategies and tactical plans for the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and merchant partnerships to expand market share.
• Collaborate with account management to review POS performance and develop program improvements.
• Execute campaigns directed by the ALDI Manager to achieve target POS active rates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably in retail, distribution, or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Expertise in maintaining long-term relationships with key merchant personalities.
• Strong ability to interpret financial figures and develop measurable action plans.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the National Capital Region, Philippines for full-time on-site work.
