What you will do

  • Manage effectiveness of SME Sales Personnel and sales channel productivities in assigned area.
  • Set sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets and growth projections aligned with business goals.
  • Identify market and merchant opportunities and develop penetration plans for market share.
  • Align with SME specialists to meet KPIs, KRAs, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Institutionalize programs for high SME store active rates and agent productivity.
  • Coach and mentor sales personnel, evaluate performance, and develop training programs with RSM.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years proven experience managing sales, business development, and marketing in retail or financial services
  • Above-average interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Expertise in maintaining long-term relationships internally and externally
  • Drive to learn financial products and services processes
  • Goal-oriented mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and commitment to goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field

Nice to have

  • Experience as department/division head of sales and marketing in financial services or retail
  • Ability to interpret financial figures and develop measurable action plans
  • Experience creating, implementing, and evaluating strategic and tactical plans
  • Logical and critical thinker driven by data in decision-making
