What you will do

• Identify and onboard new SME clients within the assigned region.
• Drive the adoption of digital payments, lending products, and financial platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME business owners and key stakeholders.
• Execute regional business development strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to map key business clusters and identify competitor trends.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, SME banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of SME market dynamics and regional business ecosystems.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking sales pipelines and client records.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting presentations and consultative sales meetings.
