Analytics Lead (Global Manufacturing Analytics)

What you will do

• Own the Manufacturing Control Tower insight portfolio, product roadmap, and capability prioritization.
• Design and deliver executive-ready dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
• Translate manufacturing and engineering priorities into scalable global analytics products.
• Apply statistics, business analytics, and AI/ML to forecasting, scenario modeling, and predictive insights.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training, change management, adoption, and value realization.
• Monitor product adoption, user feedback, business outcomes, and emerging technologies to improve the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, engineering, computer science, business analytics, or a related discipline, plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, statistics, business analytics, and modern AI/ML capabilities.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience translating business priorities into scalable analytics solutions and managing product roadmaps or digital solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and change management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or industrial engineering; familiarity with Industry 4.0, cloud platforms, MES, or digital transformation is expected.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
