Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert (AI)

What you will do

• Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, data visualizations, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic.
• Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
• Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
• Test AI agents, including ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork, in analytics workflows.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, then document findings and provide structured feedback.
• Evaluate BI integrations with Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.

Requirements

• Professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
• Hands-on experience building or validating dashboards and analytical workflows.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, KPI reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, and MySQL.
• Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
