Functional Lead – Product Activation & Business Analysis

Location: UK (onsite); client-facing role

What you will do

• Lead product activation, affiliate readiness assessments, deployment planning, and market rollouts for AI-enabled content review platforms.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, product teams, delivery teams, and cross-functional business and technology groups.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business, functional, and operational needs into BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and gap assessments.
• Analyze affiliate workflows, drive process harmonization, and ensure traceability from requirements through deployment and user adoption.
• Support training needs definition, validate role-based materials, facilitate workshops and demos, and advise business users during onboarding and stabilization.
• Manage stakeholder communications, governance, risks, dependencies, escalations, steering committees, and implementation playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical technology, medical affairs operations, or commercial excellence.
• Strong business analysis and requirements management experience, including requirements engineering and process mapping.
• Experience leading global or multi-market technology implementations and organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with MLR/PRC review processes and content lifecycle management.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, medical content platforms, or similar regulated systems.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience transforming pilot deployments into scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with AI-enabled review platforms, SOP analysis, program governance, risk management, and training enablement.
