Senior Associate, IT Business Systems Analysis (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support the design, development, testing, and delivery of IT solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to define and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned systems, including capacity, incident, problem, change, patch, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain system stability, business continuity, operational procedures, validated states, and minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues, support priority 1 and 2 incidents, and coordinate crisis management with stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Document requirements, user guides, and technical specifications while ensuring data consistency and compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or an equivalent technology-related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or equivalent in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or medical-device manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, data warehouses or data marts, and reporting development.
• Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing applications such as MES; Siemens MES Camstar or OpCentre experience is preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, Cognos BI, ETL tools, scripting or programming such as Python, query languages, and Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge or experience with GxP, CSV, and CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing small- to mid-scale IT systems as a technical subject-matter expert or project manager.
