Director, Product Management (AI)

A growing global B2B SaaS organization building an AI-forward enterprise platform; applications and hiring steps are managed by the partner company.

What you will do

• Translate company strategy and prioritized investments into pod-level roadmaps, priorities, and measurable product outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Product Management organization, including career development, coaching, and performance standards.
• Partner with Product Design, Development, Customer Success, and senior stakeholders to coordinate delivery, resolve dependencies, and manage risks and resources.
• Establish product operating processes, tools, governance, quality standards, and decision-making rhythms across multiple initiatives.
• Use customer and business data to guide prioritization, evaluate performance, and connect product decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Define and scale practical AI-enabled workflows for discovery, research synthesis, writing, analysis, decision-making, and roadmapping with appropriate guardrails.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing Product Management teams at Director level or above.
• Proven ability to translate company strategy into roadmaps, portfolio investments, priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in roadmap planning, prioritization, discovery, stakeholder alignment, execution governance, and Agile or pod-based operating models.
• Experience implementing AI-powered tools, workflows, or practices within product organizations.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Design, Engineering or Development, Customer Success, and other business functions.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling product organizations during growth, transformation, or platform modernization.
• Background in HR technology, learning technology, enterprise software, or another complex B2B SaaS environment.
• MBA or an equivalent combination of business, technology, product, and leadership experience.
