Lead Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada. Additional security verification may be required under specific customer contracts.

What you will do

• Define and communicate multi-year product strategy across multiple products or product lines.
• Translate organizational strategy into cohesive roadmaps spanning multiple teams and domains.
• Lead modernization of Computer-Aided Dispatch or Records Management System portfolios, improving usability, compliance, and ecosystem integration.
• Champion AI, analytics, MVPs, pilots, and early feedback cycles to improve product capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Support, and leadership to deliver complex initiatives and measurable business impact.
• Mentor product professionals and represent the product portfolio with executives, customers, partners, and industry groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or public safety software, including work across multiple product teams or domains.
• Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate personal productivity and software development outcomes, along with AI product knowledge.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional software initiatives, modernization programs, business cases, pricing strategies, and P&Ls.
• Expertise in product management methodologies, Agile frameworks, and product discovery techniques.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and the ability to obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Aha!, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Background in public safety software, including CAD, RMS, or analytics.
• MBA, advanced degree, or CSPO certification.
