Product Lead (AI)

hirify.global is building financial products and an AI Finance App to help people across Asia manage insurance, spending, saving, investing, exchanging and travelling.

What you will do

• Lead product direction for major areas of the AI Finance App.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers and engineers toward clear execution.
• Work across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services.
• Translate regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive launch quality, post-launch learning and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, not only individual features.
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Strong judgement in prioritization, trade-offs and product sequencing.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys.
• Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language across global teams.
• Applicants must already be based in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or mentoring PMs, Product Owners or cross-functional squads.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications or regulated products.
