What you will do

• Define the product vision and strategy for the end-to-end software factory experience.
• Integrate planning, specification, coding, review, and verification workflows into a unified product.
• Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align priorities and execution.
• Identify gaps and opportunities within the hirify.global Duo Agent Platform and related product areas.
• Present product direction, tradeoffs, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Shape the market strategy for hirify.global’s software factory vision.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• Extensive product management experience at a principal scope leading complex products.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Experience with AI products, developer tools, or DevSecOps platforms.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and resolve competing priorities without direct authority.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for working with senior and executive leaders.
