Client Onboarding Specialist (Ukraine Private Entrepreneur only)

Location: Remote in Ukraine as a Private Entrepreneur; working hours are Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–20:00 PM Kyiv Time.

What you will do

• Collect and map carrier, provider, account, invoice, portal access, and credential data.
• Create and coordinate Letters of Authorization, validate finalized copies, and track implementation status and communications.
• Configure standard allocation, audit, reconciliation, financial period, accrual, fulfillment, catalog, and API workflows in coordination with internal teams.
• Support invoice uploads, data and mapping validation, optimization result presentations, and service deployment discussions.
• Participate in customer UAT and operational go-live readiness sign-off.
• Document operational processes for optimization, fulfillment, audit, reconciliation, and cost allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, supervisory, and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work remotely from Ukraine as a Private Entrepreneur.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle models and Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow experience.
