What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level onboarding projects and implementation journeys for new clients.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Drive successful adoption of products by educating client internal teams.
• Establish project plans and communication workflows to maintain transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in client-facing or implementation roles.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience with KYC, Transaction Monitoring (AML), or compliance solutions is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
