Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Serbia, or Uzbekistan; candidates must currently be based outside Russia and Belarus.

What you will do

• Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, from request intake to launch and dispatch.
• Gather, clarify, and formalize requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Translate business requests into clear tasks, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate execution across teams and keep launches on track.
• Ensure campaign quality and reduce errors and rework.
• Improve campaign workflows through processes, templates, and checklists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requests and drive them to completion.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving technology environment.
• English at B2 level or higher and fluent Russian are required.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL or experience working closely with analytics or technical teams.
• Experience in marketing, CRM, or customer communications.
