Implementation Specialist

hirify.global provides a software platform that customers configure for operational workflows including scheduling, services, payments, patient communications, inventory, memberships, and online booking.

What you will do

• Own customer implementations from the Sales handoff through successful go-live.
• Build implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, and timelines while coordinating customer and internal stakeholders.
• Guide configuration of customer environments and translate existing operational workflows into hirify.global.
• Coordinate data migration, third-party integrations, dependencies, and escalation of technical blockers.
• Deliver role-based training and create go-live readiness checklists for administrators, providers, front-desk teams, and other users.
• Improve onboarding through implementation templates, playbooks, documentation, training resources, and scalable self-service experiences.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success.
• Strong project-management, organizational, customer communication, and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Ability to learn complex software and become highly proficient in product configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where processes continue to evolve.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, EMR, medical aesthetics, wellness, payments, or vertical SaaS.
