Senior Account Director

What you will do

• Own primary relationships with strategic clients and understand their business priorities, challenges, and needs.
• Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and company services.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee client project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while managing risks and escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop client account managers while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
• Manage account budgets, forecasts, revenue, profitability, billing, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Experience leading strategic client accounts and serving as a primary senior stakeholder contact.
• Ability to develop tailored solutions, strategic recommendations, proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Experience managing teams of client account managers and supporting their professional development.
• Strong understanding of project oversight, account financial management, client retention, and business growth.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to provide strategic client insights.
