Key Account Executive (German Speaking)

Location: 25 Lok Yip Rd, Fanling, New Territories, Hong Kong; full-time, on-site

What you will do

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Identify new business, upselling, and account expansion opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and provide professional account support.
• Meet customers regularly to understand business needs and recommend suitable services.
• Prepare account plans, quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Strong client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent spoken and written German, English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
