Account Executive (Hardlines)

Location: 25 Lok Yip Rd, Fanling, New Territories, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of clients, including reactivating dormant accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support cross-selling and account expansion.
• Build customer relationships and provide professional account servicing and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Promote testing, inspection, and certification services while working with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Plan accounts and pursue business development activities to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; one year of sales, customer service, or account management experience is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification industry.
