Procurement Lead

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid, with three days per week in the Toronto office

Salary: CAD 120,000–140,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Own the procurement lifecycle from sourcing and vendor evaluation through negotiation, contracting, renewals, and termination.
• Manage procurement for SaaS, software, technology services, hardware, and other corporate vendors.
• Drive savings through negotiation, vendor consolidation, licence optimization, and spend reduction.
• Research technologies, pricing models, competitors, and market alternatives to strengthen purchasing decisions.
• Oversee contracts, renewals, vendor performance, and opportunities for renegotiation or consolidation.
• Improve procurement policies, workflows, controls, reporting, and tools, including ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Deep procurement experience across SaaS, software, technology services, and hardware.
• Experience managing sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracting, renewals, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to achieve cost savings and secure favourable commercial terms.
• Technical aptitude in software, technology services, licensing models, pricing structures, and market alternatives.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to work in the Toronto office three days per week in a hybrid arrangement.

• Experience with ServiceNow Procurement and Sourcing Operations.
