Junior Email Marketing Manager

Salary: 1900 – 2500 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation.
• Assist in maintaining and improving onboarding emails based on user behavior.
• Contribute to the growth of the user communications channel.
• Run A/B tests and support optimization efforts with a focus on performance.
• Track campaign results and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver key initiatives.

Requirements

• Have some hands-on experience or strong interest in email marketing.
• Understand email fundamentals (design, build, deliverability, and best practices).
• Be comfortable using tools to analyze and track campaign performance.
• Be curious and willing to learn about customer behavior and engagement.
• Have analytical thinking and interest in data-driven decision making.
• English: strong written skills and attention to detail
