Junior Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; work arrangements may be onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on the position. The Vilnius office follows a 4-days-onsite, 1-day-remote hybrid model.

Salary: €2,000–€2,900 gross per month.

What you will do

• Develop and execute personalized, triggered email campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Improve email deliverability and deployment practices.
• Analyze campaign performance using customer segments, seasonality, and competitor behavior.
• Run A/B tests and implement data-driven campaign improvements.
• Maintain database health through regular list hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Understanding of email design, campaign building, and deliverability principles.
• Experience with campaign automation and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and optimizing email performance.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach and strong execution focus.
