What you will do

• Own Meta Ads execution and performance across various products.
• Launch campaigns from zero, building testing structures for audiences, messages, and creative directions.
• Manage Google Ads for DeMilked and support acquisition for selected MVPs.
• Execute structured testing plans across creatives, landing pages, and offers.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to iterate ad creatives and improve onboarding flows.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze data, research markets, and automate repetitive workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Strong track record in performance marketing for global SaaS, subscription, or e-commerce businesses.
• Solid working knowledge of Google Ads and experience scaling paid campaigns.
• Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools including GA4 and GTM.
• Ability to translate campaign data into actionable creative insights.
• Must be based in Lithuania for hybrid work.
