What you will do

• Own and optimize paid acquisition for product validation tests and early-stage MVPs.
• Launch and manage campaigns primarily through Meta Ads, with Google Ads used for selected projects.
• Build testing structures across audiences, messaging, and creatives.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and other performance metrics to determine next steps.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to improve advertising creatives and product experiments.
• Turn campaign results into clear insights and practical recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC or performance marketing.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience launching, managing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including hypothesis formation and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently, own campaign results, and operate effectively with new products and incomplete information.
• Comfort using AI tools for analysis, research, ideation, and daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, digital products, subscriptions, e-commerce, AI tools, or additional paid acquisition channels.
