IT Engineer (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site 5 days per week. Responsibilities also include managing IT infrastructure for the New York office.

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.

What you will do

• Provide primary employee IT support for hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the full device lifecycle across macOS and Windows, including procurement, provisioning, MDM, and secure offboarding.
• Administer identity and SaaS systems, including SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, onboarding, and offboarding access.
• Manage office IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware.
• Build and document scalable IT processes, runbooks, and self-service resources.
• Partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, asset management, and new-hire onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support or IT operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience administering macOS, Windows, MDM tools, and identity/SSO platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and common SaaS administration.
• Experience managing networking, AV, conference room technology, and other office IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week in the San Francisco office.
