Project Manager II Integration (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, information flow, progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Coordinate handover planning, documentation, snagging activities, schedules, and partner engagement.
• Act as a visible on-site leader and ensure safe work practices.
• Lead project meetings, collaborate with client, consultant, and contractor teams, and communicate impacts.
• Implement project procedures and processes, identify issues proactively, and review proposed variations and delays.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Gavle, Sweden.
