Sr. PS Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage large and complex Professional Services projects valued from $50,000 to more than $3 million, including customer sign-off.
• Own project schedules, scope documentation, budgets, risks, resource allocation, priorities, status reporting, issue resolution, and customer acceptance.
• Implement change management processes and ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Manage project profitability, forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial performance.
• Coordinate hirify.global employees, subcontractors, strategic partners, and third-party providers.
• Work with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Support, and Education to strengthen customer relationships and generate additional services and license revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant IT industry experience, ideally in contact centers, telecommunications, or CRM.
• Proven IT project management experience with complex solutions and budgeting responsibility.
• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of at least one industry segment, computer architecture, open systems products, project management methodologies, and Professional Services.
• Very good verbal and written English and Swedish are required.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, build relationships, lead teams, troubleshoot, present effectively, travel extensively across the UK and Europe, and hold a full clean driving licence.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMI.
• Certified hirify.global Engineer 7.x or later.
