Project Manager (ERP Integrations)

What you will do

• Own the successful execution of implementation projects across varying scopes, complexity, and impact.
• Plan project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, status reporting, and change control.
• Coordinate parallel country and regional workstreams for a multi-year rollout across Europe and additional international regions.
• Align configuration progress, environments, dependencies, testing milestones, and ERP integration delivery with customers and third-party systems integrators.
• Manage customer communications, satisfaction, project risks, revenue-generating change requests, and service upsell opportunities.
• Support onsite training weeks during market go-lives and provide implementation guidance to Implementation Specialists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Diploma, degree, technical certification in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations or ERP integrations is an asset.
• Ability to travel internationally by car and/or plane, including possible weekend travel; a valid driver's license and passport are required.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones on international, multi-country engagements.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or progress toward certification.
• Scrum Master certification.
