Location: Tiel, Gelderland, Netherlands. The program includes an international relocation assignment to a METTLER TOLEDO location in Europe or North America.

What you will do

• Coordinate and support challenging service projects and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Drive process improvements and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop project management, commercial, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Build an international network through assignments and exposure to global projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow into a future leadership role.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate internationally during the three-year program are required.
