Project Manager (Move Program)

Location: Tiel, Gelderland, Netherlands; willingness to relocate internationally to Europe or North America during the program is required

What you will do

• Coordinate and support challenging Service Projects and Business Development initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across different countries.
• Drive process improvements and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop project management, commercial, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Complete an international assignment at a hirify.global location in Europe or North America before returning to the Benelux organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow into a future leadership role.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and willingness to relocate internationally are required.
