What you will do

• Serve as the primary client liaison to establish project plans, priorities, and directions.
• Develop detailed business requirements for formal statements of work.
• Manage overall project deliverables, proactively mitigate risks, and handle issue occurrence.
• Maintain project documentation and data within the company's toolset.
• Update resource scheduling weekly to produce accurate revenue forecasts.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in the document management industry is a must.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• PMI certification.
