Portfolio Director NAVWAR Cyber Transformation (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in North Charleston, South Carolina, with local leadership presence required

What you will do

• Provide executive-level oversight for a NAVWAR / NIWC Atlantic portfolio spanning multiple large programs and task orders.
• Set strategic direction for functional teams, approve staffing and resource plans, and lead large cross-functional teams.
• Manage program data integration, including financial forecasting, quality metrics, schedule performance, and risk management.
• Own P&L for assigned programs and direct corrective actions for cost, schedule, risk, and performance variances.
• Lead annual operating and strategic planning while supporting opportunity shaping, capture efforts, and business execution.
• Engage with NAVWAR and Defense Health stakeholders as a senior program management representative and trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related program field, or 20 years of directly related experience in lieu of formal education where permitted by contract requirements.
• At least 12 years of directly related program and portfolio management experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Extensive experience managing large, complex DoD programs with financial accountability.
• Advanced knowledge of program cost and budget control, business concepts, accounting principles, and multi-site execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large functional and cross-functional teams across engineering, cyber, operations, and business.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience supporting NAVWAR, NIWC Atlantic, or Military Health efforts.
• Expertise in program management processes, architectures, estimation, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
