Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Sterling, Virginia, United States

Salary: $99,000–$206,000 per year, based on qualifications, relevant experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for contract performance and manage relationships with customers, hirify.global, and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead network engineering team execution and direct the timely completion of Statement of Work activities.
• Track and report cost, schedule, technical, operational, and quality metrics.
• Ensure systems meet performance, security, and functional requirements while maintaining programmatic and technical artifacts.
• Manage resources and deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel for customer tasks.
• Develop training plans, prepare customer briefings and technical papers, and support future system decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• At least 8 years of Program Management experience.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Expertise in network engineering management and design, with strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and customer-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, collaborative project management tools, and managing globally dispersed teams.

• Experience briefing and meeting with senior management.
• Understanding of intelligence community customers.
• Practical experience leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within a work area.
