What you will do

• Lead government-funded programs and contracts, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate program operations, including policy formulation and daily execution.
• Manage resources, balancing personnel, materials, schedules, and priorities.
• Oversee quality assurance and the implementation of Agile methodologies.
• Guide and mentor junior staff while maintaining accountability for team performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in program or product management.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• IAT Level II certification.
• Proven success managing mission-critical programs in a government-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
