Portfolio Management Director (Enterprise Transformation)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY

Base salary: $146,300–$326,040 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives covering cloud modernization, national hosting, data centers, migrations, resiliency, security, and production readiness.
• Establish portfolio roadmaps and drive the end-to-end path-to-production methodology from strategy and design through deployment and operationalization.
• Oversee initiatives using enterprise data, Big Data platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities to create measurable business value.
• Manage portfolio governance, executive reporting, controls, issue management, performance measurement, budgets, and investment decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology, operations, security, finance, and business functions while managing organizational change and competing priorities.
• Advise senior executives and ensure transformation initiatives meet strategic, operational, financial, security, compliance, and regulatory objectives.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, PMO functions, or enterprise portfolios.
• Experience with cloud, infrastructure, migration, data center, hosting, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Strong expertise in portfolio governance, risk management, executive stakeholder engagement, and financial transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in highly regulated and complex enterprise environments.
• Background in AI governance, responsible AI, data strategy, cybersecurity risk management, enterprise resiliency, and operational continuity.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education and experience; typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
