Principal IT Infrastructure Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure programs, including data center builds and migrations, WAN/LAN upgrades, AWS, Azure and GCP deployments, and disaster recovery implementations.
• Develop project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, resource schedules, success criteria, and acceptance testing frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams of network engineers, systems administrators, security architects, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Track schedule, cost, risk, and quality, and present project health through governance forums and steering committees.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, procurement coordination, managed service provider governance, and service performance escalations.
• Coordinate change management, post-implementation reviews, infrastructure governance compliance, and resolution of P1 incidents.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale IT infrastructure programs.
• Strong technical literacy across data centers, networks, cloud platforms, disaster recovery, security, and IT governance.
• Experience managing complex multi-vendor environments, contracts, SLAs, procurement processes, and managed service providers.
• Ability to communicate project status and risks to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure changes and driving resolution of critical incidents.
• Ability to mentor junior and mid-level project managers and improve PMO delivery methodologies.
