Sr Supervisor (Slider Store & Waste Management)

Location: Korat, Thailand; onsite role

hirify.global operates a large manufacturing facility producing cloud-based storage equipment and finished drives.

What you will do

• Manage Slider Store operations and support continuous production.
• Control spare parts and store inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Min/Max inventory targets.
• Oversee the storage, handling, and disposal of waste, chemical mixtures, and scrap in line with safety, environmental, legal, and company requirements.
• Lead, develop, and supervise operational employees while managing daily issues and performance targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, Logistics, and other support functions.
• Prepare operational reports, performance results, and improvement project presentations using Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Experience in store or warehouse management, inventory management, or material control.
• Experience leading teams and developing operational employees.
• Knowledge of waste management, chemical handling, safety compliance, and EHS requirements.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, stock control, and inventory principles; SAP or another WMS is relevant.
• Thai fluency in verbal and written communication is required; intermediate English is required for emails, reports, and workplace communication.
