Fulfillment Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage customer sales orders from placement through shipment completion, including quotations, refunds, warranty replacements, and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate order, sales, customer reference, installed-base, pending-order, and delivery-date records.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, receivables, short shipments, dealer commissions, and delivery expectations through resolution.
• Coordinate weekly or ad hoc planning discussions with the headquarters production planner and track backlog and forecast performance.
• Support distributor contract management, sell-in and sell-out reporting, purchase targets, and performance communications.
• Prepare project and tender documentation, follow up on technical issues, and support training, workshop, and venue logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• At least 4 years of experience in customer service and commercial or production operations.
• Experience handling international logistics and shipping documents.
• Experience in distributor management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of an MRP system is advantageous, preferably JDE or SAP.
