Senior International Trade Analyst

Location: Teparuk, Thailand. Travel: None.

hirify.global operates a global International Trade Administration group supporting import, export, and trade compliance activities across multiple regions.

What you will do

• Own daily customs and BOI operations, ensuring timely execution, accurate data, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate global and local trade compliance initiatives with Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing, Legal, and external partners.
• Prepare, consolidate, validate, and submit customs and BOI reports to relevant authorities.
• Monitor ITA systems, resolve issues, and drive improvements to system integrity, functionality, and performance.
• Perform and review TH and US HTS classification, US ECCN classification, Sanctioned Party List screening, and import/export compliance validations.
• Coordinate with BOI and Customs authorities and support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in trade compliance, customs affairs, international trade affairs, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English are required.
• Relevant experience with Thai preferential programs, especially BOI and Customs regulations.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound shipment clearance, BOI and Free Zone regulations, and Customs/BOI systems.
• Strong computer skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with improvement projects and applying AI solutions to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and increase productivity.
