Global Sourcing Manager

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; full-time, on-site role

What you will do

• Identify and qualify suppliers for components, materials, and finishes that meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing to integrate components into product development and optimize the supply chain.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to reduce disruptions and financial impact.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when required.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Expertise in supplier identification, qualification, negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management tools.
