GLO Global Partner & Program Management - Logistics & Spares

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office; flexibility to work across global time zones is expected.

What you will do

• Lead strategic relationship management with key logistics, spares, 3PL, kitting, and OEM partners.
• Create supplier segmentation strategies, partner roadmaps, and strategic innovation initiatives.
• Run ideation workshops, value-stream mapping exercises, executive business reviews, and partner summits.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including VP and SVP-level executives.
• Support sourcing, contracts, operations, claims, PMO, and sustainability teams with RFIs, RFQs, and critical escalations.
• Lead programs involving warehouse network optimization, intermodal transportation, synergies, sustainability, and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related function.
• Deep experience in consulting, strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and business process and strategy alignment.
• Proven experience with 3PL logistics, aftermarket solutions, logistics procurement, or supplier strategy.
• Experience running strategic ideation workshops and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, close complex discussions, and collaborate across global time zones.
