Engineering Specialist (Sputter Process)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore; onsite role with a 12-hour night-shift pattern from 7:30pm to 7:45am. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Provide engineering support to the production line, maintaining process flow, specifications, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor process variables and make adjustments when required.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot routine or minor process problems.
• Perform process buy-offs after preventive maintenance or equipment breakdowns.
• Document manufacturing processes and report data during shift handovers.
• Support process improvement experiments, OEE improvement, personnel training, and audit preparation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Self-motivated, positive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment and on a 12-hour night-shift schedule.

• Relevant manufacturing industry experience.
